The petitioner is in custody in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 104 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 366/366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The statement of the victim under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. has been taken on record in which she had not made any allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 30.03.2019. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
