2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bithan P.S. Case No. 18 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 447, 448 and 506/34of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is said to have given stab wound upon the victim.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties. During course of investigation, no witness has come to support the prosecution version. The petitioner is in jail since 20.02.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52223 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Rosera, District- Samastipur/concerned Court in connection with Bithan P.S.
