Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are in custody since 15.11.2017 with allegation that one stolen motorcycle was recovered from the house of each of the petitioners.

Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty
