JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-09-2022 The present petition has been filed for directing the respondents to pay the amount of Leave Encashment for 300 days to the petitioner, who retired while working as Forester on 31.8.2015.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 i.e. the Principal, Chief Conservator of Forests (Development)-cumManaging Director, Bihar State Forest Development

Liberty so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that if an appropriate representation is filed before the respondent no. 3, within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders shall be passed thereon, within a period of eight weeks, thereafter and in case, any amount is found payable, the same shall be paid, forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
