JUSTICE HARISH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 25-09-2025 After some argument, learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has brought to the notice of all the authorities concerned regarding the mass irregularities and maladministration in the college in question and pursuant thereto an enquiry has been conducted, however, till date the
Patna High Court CWJC No.11974 of 2025(2) dt.25-09-2025 2/2 enquiry report has not been submitted. In the meantime, the petitioner was rusticated for three years by the Principal of the college, but later on, pursuant to the direction of the Vice Chancellor of the University, the same has been withdrawn.
2. This Court, prima facie, is satisfied that the relief sought for in the present application cannot be entertained under the writ jurisdiction. However, considering the submission and the materials available on record, this Court deems it apt and proper to close the writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Registrar of the University.
3. In case such a representation is filed, the Registrar of the University shall look into the matter and take appropriate decision, if the allegation raised by the petitioner is found true.
4. With the aforesaid liberty, the present writ petition stands closed.
