The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Khodawanpur P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015 registered under Sections 307/34 of Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.
There is allegation that petitioner shot fire upon the informant by which he received injury on his abdomen. It is further alleged that after received injuries the informant anyhow came to his house. Thereafter, his family members brought him to hospital where his treatment was done.
However, injury report suggests that entry wound 1"x1/2" on left side of abdomen with inverted margin. However, there is no mention whether injury is grievous or simple. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no mention whether the injury is grievous or simple. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55200 of 2015 (3) dt.10-03-2016 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, District-Begusarai, in connection with Khodawanpur P.S.
