JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 30-06-2017 It is submitted that Sigori P.S. comes under the Danapur jurisdiction but inadvertently in the bail petition it is shown that case is pending in the court of Patna, therefore, permission is sought to make correction in the prayer portion of the bail petition.

The petitioners are directed to correct the error in course of the day and the last paragraph of the order dated 13.6.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.20627 of 2017 whereby the bail was granted to the petitioners be read as Sri Ranjeet Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Danapur instead of Sri Ranjeet Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Patna. s (Arun Kumar, J) N.H./- U T
