The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 342, 353, 283, 431, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that 21 FIR accused persons including the petitioners and 50-60 unknown blocked the road and raised slogan against the government when the informant being the S.I. of Police tried to pacify them then the accused persons caught hold of the driver of the informant,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3825 of 2016 (2) dt.25-01-2016 2/2 assaulted the snatched Rs.945/-.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the accusation is against the mob and the public was protested against the inaction of the police. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the accusation against the mob, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnaur P.S. Case No. 06 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
