One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner carries criminal antecedent of two cases but he is in jail custody since 7.05.2015.

Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No. 99 of 2015.
