In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Jokihat (Mahalgaon) P.S. Case No. 165/2015 registered for offence under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made by the informant, while returning from Gulabbagh, the some persons surrounded and snatched Rs. 38,000/-. During investigation it was found that the motor cycle which was involved in the commission of crime, was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Paras 41, 42, 43 and 59 of the case diary suggest the involvement of the petitioner.

Looking to the facts and circumstance of the case, the bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, the petitioner will have liberty to renew his prayer after completion of one year of jail-custody. Mahesh/- (Shivaji Pandey, J) U T
