JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 17-02-2016 By way of the present application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioners seek modification in the fathers' name of the petitioners recorded in the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2153 of 2016.

It has been contended that the father's name of petitioner No. 1 Mukesh Kumar is Late Ishwar Chandra Prasad, whereas father's name of petitioner No. 2 Gauri Shankar Verma is Late Ram Charitra Verma, but the same were wrongly typed in the bail application, as a result of which, Mukesh Kumar has

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4805 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2 / 2 been shown as son of Ram Charitra Verma and Gauri Shankar Verma has been shown as son of Late Ishwar Chandra Prasad. Learned counsel for the State does not oppose to the prayer made by the petitioners.

I have heard counsel for the parties and perused the FIR as contained in Annexure-1 to the bail application. Apparently, petitioner No. 1 Mukesh Kumar is son of Late Ishwar Chandra Prasad, whereas Gauri Shankar Verma is son of Late Ram Charitra Verma.

In that view of the matter, in the cause title of the order dated 18.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2153 of 2016, Mukesh Kumar, son of Ram Charitra Verma and Gauri Shankar Verma, son of Late Ishwar Chandra Prasad be read as Mukesh Kumar, son of Ishwar Chandra Prasad and Gauri Shankar Verma, son of Ram Charitra Verma.
