2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 103(1)/ 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and sections 27, 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, petitioner appears to be main assailant of the deceased and has got three criminal antecedents. Trial court's report dated 9.11.2025 discloses that the case has been committed to the court of sessions on 1.11.2025 and trial is yet to start. Petitioner is in custody since 9.2.2025.

4. Considering the gravity of accusation as well as the materials collected during course of investigation, petition for bail of this petitioner is dismissed. Since, petitioner is in custody, let the trial be expedited and concluded preferably within a year.
