2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 363(A) and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case No.208 of 2013.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as after due investigation, police has submitted final form.

4. Considering that the victim girl whose age has been assessed as 12 years has, in her deposition under Section 164 Cr.P.C., made specific accusation against the petitioner and other persons, this Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8391 of 2016 (2) dt.18-04-2016 2/2 anticipatory bail in connection with Sadar (Dagarua) P.S. Case No.208 of 2013 pending in the court of C.J.M., Purnia.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
