JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This anticipatory bail application arises out of a complaint case. This application is, accordingly, disposed of in terms of the decision of this Court in case of Salim Ansari @ Md. Salim Ansari & Ors. Vs. The State of Bihar & Anr reported in 2015 (3) BBCJV-53. It is, accordingly, directed that if the petitioner appears before the Court below within four weeks from today and seeks regular bail, his application shall be decided on the same date, in terms of this Court's decision in case of Salim Ansari (supra). This application for anticipatory bail is, hereby, disposed of but with the aforesaid observation.
