1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after some arguments seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application with liberty to file afresh, if need arises, as it has been fairly submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners that the offences for which the instant F.I.R. has been instituted carries punishment of less than seven years and the law is clear that if the police intends to arrest the petitioner, in that event, the police will have to assign reasons for arresting the petitioner after seeking permission of the learned Magistrate but then till date no such permission has been sought by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47963 of 2025(3) dt.17-09-2025 2/2 police for arresting the petitioner.
