The petitioner is seeking regular bail in Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 588/2017 registered for the offences under Sections 367, 368 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated saying that she was an accomplice of the former husband of the daughter of this informant. Learned counsel further submits that the allegations are mainly against the former husband Sri Firoz Alam and there seems to be a matrimonial dispute going on between the former husband and the daughter of this informant.

Learned counsel for the State is present.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5360 of 2018 (2) dt.05-02-2018 2/2 petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on her furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Fifteen thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 588/2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) Cr.P.C.
