2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 120(B) of Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her statement, recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., has denied the allegation against the petitioner and has stated that she herself called this petitioner and solemnized marriage with him in the temple out of her own sweet will. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Considering the statement of the victim recorded

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50587 of 2023(2) dt.17-08-2023 2/2 under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Purnea in connection with Jankinagar P. S. Case No. 201 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
