The petitioner is in custody since 31.08.2017 in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No.496 of 2017 registered for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that there has been no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner and till date, no T.I.
