The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The gist of the allegation is that Ajit Rai was married with the daughter of Ramishwar Rai. Wife of Ajit Rai had illicit relation with her own brother-in-law. The informant alleged that Ajit Rai was poisoned to death by wife, father-in-law and mother-in-law and other in-laws.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased Ajit Rai. The police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 306 of the I.P.C. During the course of investigation

It is submitted that father-in-law has already been granted bail. Petitioners are ladies. Considering the fact that the petitioners are mother-in-law and sister-in-law and the police after investigation submitted charge sheet under section 306 I.P.C. the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of the order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Anand Abhishek, J.M. iszt Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Mahnar P.S. Case no. 170 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C.
