Although it is alleged that the petitioner was caught at the spot but the stolen gold has not been recovered from her conscious possession. The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 17.10.2015 having no criminal antecedent. Accordingly, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri C.B. singh, Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul at Lakhisarai in Rail Thana Kiul Case No. 112 of 2015.
