JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is not named in the First Information Report but admittedly, when the petitioner was caught by the informant and other police officials, he disclosed that he is Senior Data Entry Operator in M/S Alchemist Township India Ltd. Contention on behalf of the petitioner is that the aforesaid company was in the business of real estate. As a matter of fact none has come forward to make any complaint against the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with
