JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 The present petition has been filed for restoring a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 9194 of 2018, which had stood dismissed on account of non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 11.5.2018.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that on account of certain personal difficulties and due to lack of knowledge about the order dated 11.5.2018 being peremptory in nature, defects could not be removed within time, however, he undertakes to remove the defects within a period of four weeks from today by physical mode.

Accordingly, the present petition stands allowed and it is directed that the aforesaid writ

Patna High Court MJC No.2705 of 2019(3) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 petition bearing CWJC No. 9194 of 2018 be restored to its original file, subject to the petitioner removing the defects within a period of four weeks from today by physical mode.
