The petitioner, who is in custody since 24.04.2015 in connection with Kishanpur P.S. Case 53 of 2013 registered for the offence under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in this case, one of the co-accused, namely, Mintullah @Master @ Md. Mantulla has been granted bail by a Bench of this Court on 11.06.2014 vide Cr.Misc.No.23536 of 2014. Accordingly, he makes a prayer for grant of bail. In the F.I.R., there is specific allegation against the petitioner. So far the case of co-accused, who has been granted

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54795 of 2015 (3) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 bail, is concerned, same is not similar to the case of the petitioner. In view of specific accusation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The petition stands dismissed.
