The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 109 of 2020 dated 01.03.2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Looking into the statement of the girl, who is alleged to be 16 years of age, that she has gone with her own will from her house, no case under Section 366(A) is apparently not made out.

In view there of, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2)
