2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner, with the help of other F.I.R. named accused persons, kidnapped the minor daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the prosecution case and stated that she, out of her own sweet will, had left the house and solemnized marriage with this petitioner in a temple. The Court below has also assessed her age, as 18 years. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Rohtas (Sasaram) in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 247 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay U T
