The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kurtha P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 304(B ) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34944 of 2014 (2) dt.13-03-2015 2/2 The father of the deceased alleged that his daughter was married to Ajay Yadav and thereafter all the accused persons subject to her physical and mental torture and ultimately his daughter was burnt to death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that husband was put on trial and he was acquitted. No specific allegation is made against the petitioners. Petitioners are in-laws.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 237135/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
