Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 243 of 2013 registered under Sections-307, 379, 149, 498A of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner Nos. 1, 2 & 3 are in-laws of the informant whereas; the petitioner No. 4 is said to be agnate of petitioner Nos. 1 to 3.
Admittedly, after due investigation police submitted final form, showing the accusation untrue against the petitioners
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33997 of 2014 (2) dt.10-02-2015 2/2 but learned Magistrate differed with the findings of the police and took cognizance of the offences.
Considering the above-said facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that the petitioners named-above, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 243 of 2013 to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
