2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 30(a) and 32(3) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, total 84 liters of illicit liquor was recovered from the seized Wagon-R Car bearing registration no. BR1AB9037.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and he has got no concern with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioner is not the registered owner of the seized Wagon-R Car. Petitioner is only the driver

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the regular bail application.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and period of custody, the regular bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exlusive Special Excise Court 03rd, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sadar Excise PS Case No. 136 of 2026.
