No.1055 of 2015 (E.R. No.42J of 2015) arising out of Jehanabad (Mahila) P.S. case No.38 of 2015. The Petitioner seeks release in G.R. No.1055 of 2015 (E.R. In view of the nature of allegations, I am not inclined to release the petitioner.

The application stands rejected.
