Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 386, 387, 447, 427, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act. According to FIR, four persons allegedly fired at the show room of the informant for non-fulfillment of payment of ransom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has been apprehended in this case on suspicion. He is in custody since 28.12.2017. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner was never put on T.I. Parade. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the

No.22909 of 2018 (2) dt.20-04-2018 petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bihta Police Station Case No.1058 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
