JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 25.4.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 17745 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted provisional anticipatory bail for six months on his surrendering within specified period (Annexure-1). However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the present application has been filed for extension of time granted earlier to surrender by further four weeks as petitioner is an Engineer and could not get leave.

Having heard both sides and in view of facts and circumstances, the time for surrendering the petitioner is extended by four weeks.
