Petitioner is named in the first information report but according to the prosecution case itself, the informant being police official came to know about the name of the petitioner from villagers but the informant did not disclose the name of the aforesaid villagers in his written report and furthermore Para-3 of the petition reveals that prior to institution of the present case, two cases had been lodged against the petitioner but no case in respect of naxal activities had been lodged against him.
