Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 436 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act. Co-accused Jitan Yadav @ Jitendra Yadav has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4969 of 2015 and by another Bench to Kuleshwar Yadav vide order dated 19.05.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3529 of 2015. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8805 of 2018 (2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kothi Police Station Case No. 38 of 2014, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
