The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-B) a, 25(1-AA), 25(1AC),26(i)(ii)(iii), 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. On the information that the miscreants are manufacturing arms, raid was laid when Md. Fazal and Uttam Mandal were apprehended with arms and ammunitions. Co accused Fazal disclosed that the petitioner escaped from the scene. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the scene and only on confession of co accused the petitioner has been roped in the present case. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4711 of 2016 (2) dt.04-02-2016 2/2 petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Mufassil P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015 pending in the court of learned CJM, Munger. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
