Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except confessional statement and criminal antecedent, there is nothing against these petitioners, who are languishing in jail custody since 15.08.2015 in a case registered under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54218 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 530 of 2015.
