The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 273 of the Indian Penal Code and 47a of the Excise Act.

It is alleged that huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the seizure list signature of mother of the petitioner has been obtained fraudulently, since, the younger brother of the petitioner has inimical terms with the petitioner. When mother of the petitioner came to know about misuse of her signature she has sworn the present application as deponent.

Let the learned Court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No.543 of 2015, pending before the learned CJM, Begusarai.

With the above observation, this application is, accordingly, disposed off.
