The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 19.07.2017 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15514 of 2016 to the extent that in the second last line of the fourth paragraph, it has been recorded that Criminal Revision No. 34 of 2016, whereby, the order taking cognizance against the petitioner is under challenge, has been disposed of, but in fact, Criminal Revision No.34 of 2016 is still pending.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the second last line of the fourth paragraph of the order dated 19.07.2017, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 15514 of 2016 is modified to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47643 of 2017(3) dt.11-09-2019 2/2 extent that 'Criminal Revision No.34 of 2016 is still pending". Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed of.
