Petitioner, Shankar Prasad Singh, apprehends his arrest in Sakra P.S. Case no. 315 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Section 409 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

One Sweety Kumari is alleged to have received cycle from two schools but price of one cycle has already been deposited.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the father of the student Sweety Kumari, who had received benefit from two schools under Mukyamantri Balika Cycle Scheme. He further submits that price of one cycle has already been deposited.

Considering the nature of allegations, petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34363 of 2014 (2) dt.16-02-2015 2/2 above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.315 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
