The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Gopalganj Town P.S. Case No. 286 of 2017 registered under Sections 307, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. There is specific allegation against the co-accused. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
