2. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the regular bail granted to Opposite Party no. 2 vide order dated 01.04.2026 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 20121/2026 arising out of Barhara P.S. Case No. 197 of 2025, registered under Sections 80(2), 61(2) and 3(5)of the B.N.S.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the deceased was killed by the accused persons and she did not commit suicide.

4. Considering the fact that the O.P. No. 2 is the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49535 of 2026(2) dt.20-07-2026 2/2 father-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegations against him, I am not inclined to cancel the bail of O.P. No. 2.

5. Accordingly, the present application stands dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to oppose the bail of the husband of the deceased as and when it is filed. (Sandeep Kumar, J) tusharika/- U T
