Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 448, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have caused injury with Bhujali (a sharp cutting weapon) at the forehead of the informant. The Doctor has found simple laceration caused by hard blunt substance.
Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Simultala Police
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17536 of 2018 (2) dt.30-03-2018 2/2 Station Case No. 02 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
