The petitioner is apprehending arrest in Complaint Case No.308C2/2015 case wherein process has been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 177 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the learned CJM, Begusarai. Prosecution case is that the petitioner being advocate's clerk got his application submitted for renewal of license by concealing this fact that he was convicted in a criminal case.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the petitioner made complaint against the Additional

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7072 of 2016 (2) dt.17-02-2016 2/2 District and Sessions Judge-VII, Begusarai to the High Court hence he maliciously lodged 11 cases against the petitioner under sections 228 IPC but in all the cases the petitioner is on bail.

Considering the nature of accusation and the petitioner is convicted in two criminal cases, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

However, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
