1. Though the present writ petition has been field for removal of the encroachment from the public land appertaining to Khata No. 604, Khesra No. 2329 as well as Khata No. 51, Khesra No. 2324 and 2325, situated at Panchayat-Jainagar, Mauja-Kachaharipur, Thana No. 58, however, at the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to challenge the final order dated 21.02.2024, passed by the Circle Officer, Sonbarsa, under Section 6(1) of the Bihar
Patna High Court CWJC No.11776 of 2023(6) dt.10-12-2024 2/2 Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, (hereinafter referred to as "the Act, 1956"), in connection with Encroachment Case No. 16 of 2023-24, by filling appropriate appeal, under Section 11 of the Act, 1956. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
2. The writ petition stands disposed off.
