Petitioners were caught when they were engaged in cutting electric wire but submission on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners were apprehended on mere suspicion and after their remand in the present case, they were remanded in some other cases also which was lodged in the year 2015. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as this aspect of the matter that petitioners are in jail custody since 29.05.2015, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial
