Taking into consideration that no looted article has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioners and petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and also this aspect of the matter that they are languishing in jail custody since 07-10-2015, let petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with LNMU P.S. Case No. 250 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga at Laheriasarai.
