The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kadwa (Balia Belon) P. S. Case No. 69 of 2015 registered under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of one countrymade loaded pistol from the possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present, even though he is in custody since 07.06.2015. Accordingly, the application for bail is rejected.

The Court below is directed to expedite the trial and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56028 of 2015 (2) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail before the Court below itself.
