JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-10-2017 This Criminal Miscellaneous application has been filed for modification of the order dated 24.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11279 of 2017 for extension of the time to surrender on the ground that the petitioner was not informed regarding the said order earlier by his conducting Advocate and when he came to know, the time has elapsed. The petitioner came to know about the said order on 16.08.2017 then this modification application has been filed.

In the facts and circumstances stated above, considering the ground reasonable, the petitioner above named is directed to surrender before the court of learned A.C.J.M., V, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 48 of 2016 within fortnight and on his so surrendering, he shall be released on bail in terms of order dated 24.03.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12279 of 2017.
