JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 06-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 28.10.2015 and his bail bond was cancelled on 3.7.2010 due to his non appearance. Learned Additional Sessions Judge rejected the bail prayer of the petitioner taking note of this fact that due to latches of the petitioner the trial was hampered.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional District Judge VI th , Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj ( Pouthu) P.S.Case No. 98 of 2004, subject to the
