Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34, 307, 326, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant is eye-witness of the occurrence. Petitioners are not named in the FIR. Allegation is that co-accused Dimple Singh fired at the mother of the informant and co-accused Pradeep Singh and Neeraj Singh fired at the father of the informant as a result whereof they died. No.10793 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 2/2 averment in the FIR, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mohania Police Station Case No. 490 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
