Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, petitioner and one co-accused, Amarnath Kumar Jha, were arrested and looted motorcycle was recovered from their joint possession. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and is languishing in jail custody since 22-09-2015. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Samastipur (Town) P.S.
